CTA Construction Managers LLC, an award-winning ENR Top 100 Green Contractor based in Waltham, MA, is hiring an Assistant Construction Superintendent for exciting, large-scale LEED-certified projects across Boston’s North Shore.

As an Assistant Superintendent, you'll support day-to-day construction site operations and step in as needed for the Superintendent. You’ll help manage project schedules, subcontractor coordination, safety compliance, and quality assurance—while gaining experience and advancing your career in a leadership-track role.
