The Opportunity

We are seeking 1–2 Associate Attorneys (0–3 years of experience) who are eager to develop a high-level litigation and advisory practice. You will work out of our brand-new, state-of-the-art office, designed to foster a collaborative and tech-forward professional experience.

Our practice is specialized and high-impact, focusing on:

• Real Estate & Community Association Law

• Business Litigation

• Consumer Protection

The Role

This is not a "back-office" position. You will be mentored by seasoned partners and given immediate, meaningful responsibility, including:

• Courtroom Advocacy: Conducting regular appearances and representing clients throughout Southwest Missouri and North-Central Arkansas.

• Strategic Writing: Drafting complex pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda that meet our high standards for precision and clarity.

• Legal Research: Navigating intricate statutory frameworks to provide actionable counsel.

Qualifications

• Licensure: Active Missouri Bar license in good standing (dual licensure in Arkansas is a significant advantage).

• Academics: Exceptional research and writing skills are non-negotiable.
