XPO is Hiring Driver Teams!. XPO Teams As an XPO Team, you’ll run dedicated routes between XPO facilities in new sleeper trucks equipped with microwaves and refrigerators. Say goodbye to frustrating delays, as you’ll have access to our extensive network of 160 fueling stations along the way. Additionally, our in-house, no-touch freight system means you’ll never have to wait at a customer site.
