Interlocution clients : - Traiter les demandes clients synchrones et asynchrones pour tout type de canal (téléphone N1 et N2, courrier, mail ) concernant les frais de santé : - Apporter une réponse client personnalisée à l'appui des outils à disposition - Tracer les demandes et leurs statuts dans l'outil CRM, - Qualifier / répondre aux réclamations, - Réaliser les activités de gestion nécessaires au traitement des demandes L'accueil téléphonique est de 3 jours par semaine et plus important lors…
