Responsibilities include independently conducting train rides in passenger transport while adhering to regulations and safety guidelines, controlling FlixTrain trains from Cologne on the nationwide network, communicating reliably with control center, colleagues, and passengers, ensuring punctual and economical train operation, performing preparatory and concluding tasks to ensure readiness for operation, and providing support during weekends and holidays as per flexible schedules.
