In unserer Wohngruppe „NeLe“ in Anklam betreuen wir junge Menschen im Alter von 10 bis 18 Jahren im Rahmen eines familienähnlichen Settings. Ziel ist es, den Alltag gemeinsam zu gestalten , Orientierung zu geben und individuelle Entwicklungsschritte zu begleiten.
