Il garantit la disponibilité des outils numériques essentiels aux opérations aériennes, logistiques ou de commandement. Expert en informatique, cybersécurité et architecture réseau, il définit les priorités d'action, valide les mises à jour critiques et intervient en cas de cyberattaque ou de panne majeure.
