• Four-day work week, OR block time 2-4 days/month
• Work alongside our trusted, experienced certified nurse midwives who take first OB call, creating a supportive structure that makes call more balanced with the ability to take home calls.
• A beautiful, modern main office located on the campus of Emerson Hospital, with two nearby satellite offices
• Opportunities to operate as primary surgeon with GYN oncology and minimally invasive surgeons' assistance
• In-office procedures, advanced 3D ultrasound, and access to maternal-fetal medicine consults and Level II ultrasound
• Emerson Hospital offers 24/7 in-house anesthesia and pediatric coverage, along with strong collaborations with Boston's top academic medical centers
• A loyal, engaged patient base and a thriving referral network

• Salary range 275K-325K and competitive benefits package
• 1:5 call schedule with first call typically covered by midwives
• Occurrence-based malpractice coverage
• Partnership track available
