Role Overview
The OB/GYN Medical Director provides full-scope OB/GYN care while serving as a clinical leader within Diana Health's integrated model. You will partner closely with Certified Nurse Midwives, hospital teams, and leadership to deliver high-quality, accessible care while building a sustainable practice environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide full-scope OB/GYN care, including gynecologic procedures and surgeries
Serve as Medical Director, guiding clinical strategy and care delivery
Collaborate with and support CNMs, focusing on higher-acuity and complex cases
Lead development of clinical protocols, quality initiatives, and patient safety efforts
Partner with leadership on operations, growth, and community impact
Participate in laborist call as backup to in-house CNMs
Engage in continuous improvement, education, and team collaboration

Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
5+ years of clinical experience preferred
Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
Robotic surgery experience
Active DEA
Tennessee license (or ability to obtain)
Commitment to collaborative, patient-centered care
