Role Overview
The OB/GYN Medical Director provides full-scope OB/GYN care while serving as a clinical leader within Diana Health's integrated model. You will partner closely with Certified Nurse Midwives, hospital teams, and leadership to deliver high-quality, accessible care while building a sustainable practice environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope OB/GYN care, including gynecologic procedures and surgeries

• Serve as Medical Director, guiding clinical strategy and care delivery

• Collaborate with and support CNMs, focusing on higher-acuity and complex cases

• Lead development of clinical protocols, quality initiatives, and patient safety efforts

• Partner with leadership on operations, growth, and community impact

• Participate in laborist call as backup to in-house CNMs

• Engage in continuous improvement, education, and team collaboration

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN

• 5+ years of clinical experience preferred

• Prior leadership experience strongly preferred

• Robotic surgery experience

• Active DEA

• Tennessee license (or ability to obtain)

• Commitment to collaborative, patient-centered care
