Locum Interventional Radiologist needed in Arizona

Locum Interventional Radiologist needed near Phoenix, AZ.

• Schedule: 7 days a week 8a-5p MST. Call shifts rotated with current IR practice
• Rotating holiday coverage with current IR practice.
• Estimated annual volume - 5,124
• Productivity expectation - 61 RVU's minimum per shift
• Procedures: Biopsy, drain placement, nephrostomy, gastrostomy, embolization, IVC filter, fistulagram w/declot, biliary and venous interventions.
• General fluoro procedures is a plus as the IR covers fluoro during the Day shift and On-Call.
• Certification Requirements: Interventional Radiology Fellowship and ABR Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology certification.
• Powerscribe 1 dictation
• $2000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 Hours..
