We're seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Entry-Level Loan Processor to join our team! You'll gain real-world mortgage industry experience with a clear path for long-term career growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate with lending partners, loan officers, and underwriters
• Collect, review, and organize documents and client records
• Ensure loan files are complete, accurate, and compliant with company and regulatory standards
• Manage multiple ongoing tasks and deadlines
• Maintain confidentiality and securely handle sensitive client information
• Support operational and administrative tasks as needed

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting Pay: $15-18/hour (performance-based pay increase after 90 days)
• Paid time off (PTO)
  • Up to 5 accrued days during your first year
  • 10 days annually after your first year
• Dental coverage (after 90 days)
• $50 monthly Aflac credit (after 90 days)
• Paid, on-the-job training – no prior experience required!
