We are currently seeking an Office Manager with Managerial duties to work onsite at our CPA firm located in Woodland Hills. We are a public accounting firm with experience in providing accounting and tax preparation services.

Responsibilities

• as office Manager calculating and processing payroll checks and paying taxes for the company
• Prepare the company's billing monthly using Practice CS
• Enter Tax returns using Lacerte Software
• Responsible for Issuing Checks for the company's Invoices Via QuickBooks
• Responsible for paying Bills for some clients

Skills & Experience Requirements

• Proven experience as an administrative Office Manager 3-5 Years
• Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Excel, QuickBooks some Lacerte)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be detail oriented and demonstrate time management skills
• Quick learner with the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment and must be a team player
• Hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
