Outside Sales Representative – industrial sector company in Houston is looking for a motivated industrial salesperson to join team, drive growth and promote products and services. This role will be the key point of contact for clients seeking industrial products and solutions, providing exceptional customer service while actively promoting product line. Territory is Western PA and parts of OH. Temp to Hire or Direct Hire possibility. $20-22.00 per hour with benefits available on permanent placement.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while proactively seeking new business

· Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to close sales effectively

· Team collaboration to ensure timely delivery of products and seamless order processing

· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions and follow-up

Qualifications:

· Knowledge of HVAC, mechanical or electrical work required

· Proven experience in sales, preferably within the industrial or manufacturing sectors

· Strong customer service skills with long term client relationship focus

· Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

· Ability to understand technical product specifications and convey complex information clearly

· Self-motivated and proactive attitude

· Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally

· Office and SharePoint proficiency
