Incoming Pediatrician can expect:

•u00091-2 MA’s per provider

•u0009Scribe and translator available

•u0009EMR: Practicum

•u0009M-F 8AM-5PM

•u000930-35 patients/day

•u0009No nights/call required

Compensation:

•u0009246k Base—with minimum volume commitment

•u0009Production: Revenue generated

•u0009Once fully ramped up- Year 2 & beyond, earning potential 400k-500k

•u000980% of employee health insurance premium paid

•u00094 weeks vacation

•u00095 days CME

•u0009$20,000 Sign on/relocation

•u0009Malpractice coverage
