PRACTICE SPECIFICS

• Flexible Schedule: Enjoy flexibility with your working hours, allowing for a better work-life balance.
• Team Environment: Work alongside a collegial team that includes 1 experienced Urologist and 3 dedicated Nurse Practitioners.
• Supportive Structure: Call is well supported by the hospitalist team.
• Efficient Operations: Enjoy dedicated block time with a well-trained and efficient OR staff.
• Great Clinical Support: Provide clinical care with the support of an engaged and well-staffed team.

• Level II Trauma Center: Providing comprehensive care with advanced facilities.
• State-of-the-Art Equipment: Including 2 Da Vinci Robots, 120-Watt Holmium Laser, Thulium, Rezum Therapy, MRI Prostate Guided Biopsy, and Urodynamics.
• Integrated Care: Our clinic, ER, OR, and hospital are all within the same facility, ensuring efficient and seamless patient care.
• Strong Referral Network: Benefit from a built-in referral pattern from our large health system, which includes 25 clinics and 5 hospitals in the regional service area.

COMPENSATION

• $375 per hour. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
