Le pilote de transport est un professionnel de l'aéronautique militaire qui effectue des vols tactiques ou stratégiques à bord d'aéronefs de transport (A400M Atlas, Casa CN-235, C-130 Hercules). Il appartient à un escadron implanté sur une base aérienne, et est intégré à un équipage complet (copilote, mécanicien navigant, loadmaster).
