• Produce high quality diagnostic images that empower physicians to make accurate, life-saving diagnoses for every patient.
• Advocate for patient safety by strictly managing radiation exposure and meticulously following safety protocols to ensure a "zero-harm" environment.
• Execute precision imaging by expertly positioning patients and selecting exact technical parameters to ensure diagnostic accuracy.
• Manage the digital patient record by verifying data accuracy and lead markers before submission to PACS, maintaining a seamless continuum of care.
• Maintain a high-readiness environment by monitoring equipment performance and optimizing clinical protocols to ensure the department is always prepared for the next patient.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
• Licensed Radiologic Technologist credentialed from the Kansas Board of Healing Arts obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
