CDL-A OTR / Regional Truck Driver | Up to $1,900/Week | No Touch Freight | New Grads Welcome
We are hiring CDL-A drivers ready to run miles and earn strong weekly pay. Whether you are an experienced driver or a recent graduate with 120+ hours of accredited trucking school, we have immediate openings.

Pay and Miles

• $0.50 - $0.55 CPM (3+ years experience)
• $0.43 - $0.49 CPM with step raises (6 months - 2 years, 11 months)
• $0.39 CPM with step raises (recent graduates)
• Average weekly gross: $1,200 - $1,900
• Average miles: 2,700 - 3,000 per week
• 20% per diem (increases take-home pay)
• Performance-based CPM increases at 3, 6, and 12 months
• Annual increases after year one

Home Time

• Regional and OTR options available
• Flexible based on driver preference and route

Equipment

• 2022+ Freightliner Cascadia and Kenworth T680
• Automatic and manual transmissions
• Double bunks
• 2000W inverters
• Refrigerators and TV mounts

Freight and Work Details

• 100% no-touch freight
• No forced dispatch
• Consistent miles and steady workload

• Must be 21 years or older
• Valid CDL Class A
• Must meet FMCSA requirements
• Must pass background check
