A Clinical Practice Specialist serves as a strategic liaison between clinical staff, leadership, and operational teams. This role bridges the gap between frontline care and organizational goals, ensuring that workflows, policies, and clinical practices support safe, efficient, and patient‑centered care.CPS professionals are known for their ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and drive results in fast‑paced clinical environments — especially in outpatient and ambulatory settings.

Responsibilities:
Presbyterian is seeking a Clinical Practice Specialist to serve Plains Regional Medical Center (Clovis) and Dr Dan C. Trigg (Tucumcari). As healthcare continues shifting toward outpatient and ambulatory settings, the Clinical Practice Specialist (CPS) has become one of the most influential roles in ensuring safe, efficient, and high‑quality patient care. Qualifications:
- Associates degree in Nursing (ADN) + three to five years experience or Bachelors in Nursing (BSN) + two years experience in an Ambulatory Care setting required.
- BLS required at time of hire
