Title: Retail Sales Associate – Commission + Incentives (Furniture Showroom)

Compensation: $45K–$55K/year average; Top performers earn $70K–$80K+
Schedule: Full-time | Includes weekends | Paid training provided

The Furniture Warehouse is a Top 100 U.S. Furniture Retailer and winner of Sarasota’s Readers Choice Award. We’re growing fast and looking for motivated, high-energy individuals to join our Sales Team in multiple showroom locations across the Gulf Coast.

Whether you're coming from hospitality, retail, customer service, or sales — if you’re motivated by commission, want a fun team environment, and are ready to grow, we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet customers and help them select furniture that fits their space and style
• Educate customers on promotions, financing options, and warranties
• Input orders and coordinate deliveries using our point-of-sale system
• Stay current on showroom displays and ensure a clean, welcoming environment
• Deliver a great customer experience — and get rewarded for your success

What You Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong people skills — enjoy talking to people and building relationships
• Sales or customer service experience (preferred but not required)
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Comfortable using a computer and moving light furniture for demos
• Background check free of criminal activity
• Bi-lingual in English & Spanish a plus
