As a 100% subsidiary of SchulteSchlagbaum AG, they develop, produce, and sell high-quality door locks, tube frame locks, special locks, and closure plates at their site in Groitzsch near Leipzig. With a history dating back to 1903, they are a reliable partner for industry and wholesale. The Shift Leader Production (m/w/d) will be responsible for organizing and controlling production processes, ensuring smooth workflows, monitoring compliance with quality standards, leading and developing the team, and coordinating with other departments.
