Job Description:

Charge Nurse in the J6 Orthopedics unit responsible for overseeing night shift operations, managing care teams, and ensuring quality nursing standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate activities of assigned nursing personnel during night shifts.
• Ensure appropriate patient care while maintaining safety protocols.
• Perform routine and specialized orthopedic procedures including dressing changes and wound vac maintenance.

Requirements:

• Active NC RN License.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
• Experience in orthopedic nursing preferred.
