Commercial Plumber- Journeyman

What You'll Do:

• Safeguard local businesses by preventing costly downtimes and disruptions.
• Protect customers’ homes by offering long lasting plumbing solutions
• Thoroughly test each job before leaving—ensuring quality and eliminating callbacks.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in both commercial buildings (offices, retail, restaurants) and residential homes
• Read blueprints and plumbing diagrams
• Identify and troubleshoot plumbing issues (leaks, blockages, water pressure)
• Perform plumbing inspections and recommend preventive maintenance
• Work on new construction, remodels, and service calls
• Collaborate with other trades (electricians, HVAC, general contractors)
• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations
• Maintain service vehicles, tools, and parts inventory

Experience & Skills Required:

• Minimum 3–5 years of plumbing experience, residential + commercial
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems (water, waste, vent)
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills (with customers and supervisors)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Certifications / Licenses:
• Journeyman or Master Plumber License (if required in your area)
• OSHA safety training or willingness to complete
• Any additional certifications (e.g., backflow, gas) preferred but not required

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
• Comfortable working in tight spaces, crawl spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Willingness to travel to job sites (commercial and residential)

Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary: $86,000 + Lucrative Bonus Structure
