Job Description
Le gestionnaire RH est un sous-officier spécialisé dans la gestion administrative du personnel. Il travaille au sein d'un bureau RH ou d'un service administration du personnel sur base aérienne. Il traite les dossiers liés à la carrière des militaires : recrutement, intégration, mutations, promotions, formations, paie, congés, retraites. Il accompagne également les aviateurs dans leurs démarches personnelles ou professionnelles, et contribue au bon fonctionnement des effectifs dans chaque unité…
