Your Role: Sales Representative
As a Sales Representative you are the face of Evolve. You’ll do more than just greet guests — you’ll educate, energize, and empower. You’ll guide people through their experience, showcase our healing modalities, and match guests with memberships that align with their goals. Sales is part of the magic — but service is at the heart of everything you do.

This is a perfect role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment and has a passion for wellness, performance, and meaningful human connection.

What You’ll Do

• Be the warm, welcoming presence that starts every guest’s experience

• Deliver high-energy, informative tours that spark excitement and curiosity

• Match guests with the membership or service package that best suits their goals

• Share the benefits of our services with confidence and clarity

• Guide guests through the use of equipment and modalities like cold plunges, red light therapy, infrared sauna, compression, and more

• Ensure a clean, stocked, and serene environment — every detail counts

• Handle transactions with accuracy and professionalism

• Respond to guest questions in-person, by phone, or online (excluding social media)

• Perform laundry and restock supplies to keep the Lab running smoothly

• Keep the space safe, secure, and inviting

• Support the team with daily operations and special events

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent

• A positive, outgoing personality with a talent for making people feel seen and heard

• Strong communication skills — you’re clear, confident, and kind

• A natural salesperson with a service-first mindset

• Able to multitask, stay organized, and adapt in a fast-moving environment

• Comfortable working independently and as part of a close-knit team

• Willing and able to work weekends and holidays as needed

• Familiarity with health, wellness, fitness, or recovery services is a major plus!

Schedule & Availability
We operate 7 days a week, with shifts based on business needs and special events:

• Mon/Wed/Fri: 5:00 AM – 8:00 PM

• Tue/Thu/Sat/Sun: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  Weekend availability is a must.
