Looking for a Staff Accountant to join our team with experience in tax preparation for businesses and individuals, as well as monthly bookkeeping, payroll and sales tax filings to service our business clients.

Candidate should expect to grow their career along with our firm. We are an established CPA firm for many years, and we are rapidly growing.

Responsibilities:

• Reconcile client bank accounts monthly
• Assist in sales tax and payroll tax preparation
• Process weekly payroll
• Preparation of individual and corporate tax returns

​Qualifications:

• Proficiency in QuickBooks desktop and on-line
• Fundamental knowledge of tax return preparation for individuals and businesses
• Experience with current tax software programs
• Experience with sales tax filings
• Experience with payroll filings
• Detail and deadline-oriented
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
